If the flash can't work, try going into the camera's menu and changing the flash setting to to "manual mode / M" mode Troubleshooting for not working as expected: 1. Shutter Speed setting: this flash doesn't has TTL function or High-speed sync, we recommend a shutter speed below 1/200, otherwise, the photos may show black edges, white edges issues. 2. Sensitivity setting: we recommend setting the ISO sensitivity to 100, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness. 3.
